The donations that Health not Handcuffs receives will be used for activities that help build the movement. These include support for volunteer organisers, posters, stickers and other resources, communications technology, and organising staff.

Donations are administered by the NZ Drug Foundation on behalf of Health not Handcuffs. The Drug Foundation is a registered charity (CC27025). All donations over NZD $5.00 are eligible for a tax rebate issued by IRD.

At this stage donations are only accepted by way of one-off or repeating credit card payments. If you would like to give in another way, please get in touch.

We do not store your financial or credit card details. Secure donation forms are provided by Nationbuilder, and Stripe is used to process credit card payments.

We have a refund policy in case you make a donation in error. If you contact us within seven days of making the donation we will return it to you within 40 days without charge.

The final decision on whether we accept a donation is Health not Handcuffs. We reserve the right not to accept donations from organisations or individuals whose interests are incompatible with Health not Handcuffs. This could include cannabis production, manufacturing or allied companies, partisan political interests, and any organisation whose activities are inconsistent with our stated values and objectives.
